We’re seeking passionate and ambitious individuals to join our customer service team in Lisbon.You’ll work for a renowned Swiss telecom company providing cutting-edge mobile and high-speed internet services. As an Inbound Telesales Representative, you’ll play a key role in closing sales for various subscriptions and products while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.For candidates relocating from across Europe, we offer a comprehensive relocation package, including:Free corporate accommodation (private room in shared housing).Flight reimbursement to Lisbon.One free annual return flight to your home country.Administrative support to help you settle in Portugal.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from potential and existing customers.Present and sell our subscription plans and products (upselling and cross-selling).Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Respond to inquiries and resolve customer doubts or complaints.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty.Skills & QualificationsConfident in presenting products/services over the phone.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Dynamic, proactive, and resilient personality.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Ability to learn about products/services and explain them effectively.Daily ActivitiesHandle inbound customer calls.Offer tailored solutions and close sales.Answer queries about subscriptions and services.Identify and address customer needs and preferences.  Please only apply if you are happy to relocate to Lisbon and work onsite and speak a good level of English.
