ITALIAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Overview.
We are seeking a committed and proactive Customer Support Representative who is a native Italian speaker with a strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
You will be responsible for assisting customers via email chat and phone.
Key Responsibilities.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone email and chat.
Provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Follow up on customer issues until they are fully resolved meeting deadlines and maintaining service standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.
Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Requirements.
Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills (B2 level or higher).
Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
What We Offer.
Compensation.
euro gross per month (including base salary Christmas allowance holiday allowance and meal allowance).
Working hours.
40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday from am to .
Rotational shifts.
You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break.
You will be informed in advance about the working schedule.
Training.
15 working days (fully paid).
Vacation.
22 days per year.
Relocation package.
