What you will do in this role As a IT Technician, you will.
* Proactively ensure the health and functionality of our IT systems (Network, Telecom, Windows Systems) updates, patches, and optimizations.
* Swiftly identify and resolve technical issues, providing efficient solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
* Offer responsive and user-friendly IT assistance, guiding colleagues through technical challenges with patience and expertise.
* Implement and uphold robust security measures, safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
* Explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance our workflows, proposing and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
* Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our network infrastructure to guarantee reliable connectivity and high-performance data transfer.

* Have a high level of Portuguese and English fluency - oral and written (C1 level) * Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages such as bash and PowerShell, leveraging automation to steamline routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
* Have in-depth knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, from configuring routers and switches to optimizing network performance, ensuring a robust and secure network infrastructure.
