IT Lead Architect / IT System Architect Location.
The role requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Brussels.
Languages.
Fluent in French OR Dutch + English (minimum B2) Summary.
As an IT Lead Architect, you will be responsible for shaping the organization’s reference architecture and upholding its architectural standards.
You will lead architectural initiatives, provide strategic guidance, and collaborate across various technical domains, ensuring innovation and the integrity of the IT systems.
Technical and Softskills.
Experience.
At least 4 years of experience as IT Lead Architect Technical Expertise.
A combined background as both an application specialist and technical operator across at least two of the following areas.
- Programming (Java,.
ET) - CI/CD - API management - IAM - cloud services - networking - storage - database management Strong conceptual knowledge of end-to-end IT architecture is essential.
Architectural Skills.
Proven experience in developing and implementing IT architectural design Leadership and Communication.
Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels Analytical Skills.
Skilled in analyzing complex technical challenges and designing scalable, high-performance solutions.
Mindset and Approach.
Familiarity with DevOps, Scrum, or similar development processes, and a LEAN mindset for continuous improvement.
