We are looking for Recruiters who will help us with growing an awesome Ascendix team.

3+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists at international companies or recruitment agencies Skills in candidate search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus) Understanding of IT domain specifics and European job markets (especially in Poland or Portugal) Experience in communicating with foreign clients Advanced level of written and conversational English Good command of Portuguese Personal qualities.
A self-driven person who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitasking mode Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, and a positive and result-oriented attitude Responsibilities.
Cooperation with HR Lead on Recruiting Processes' enhancement Leading the full recruitment lifecycle resulting in successful job-offering and contract signing Searching and selection, including active search and headhunting Conducting HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates' evaluation and presentation Providing top-notch recruitment services and consultancy within IT area Cooperation with local project managers on positions open with their teams on daily basis Reporting to HR Lead on a daily basis about recruitment workflow and results Ascendix offers you.
