Are you an experienced IT recruiter with a deep understanding of the Portuguese tech market At Top Sigma were growing fast and need a driven resourceful Freelance IT Recruiter to help us find top talent and meet our recruitment needs.
If youre proactive love working independently and thrive in a commissionbased environment this role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities.
Proactively source screen and engage IT professionals to fill our open positions.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with our team to understand client needs and requirements.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process to ensure timely and successful placements.
What You Need to Succeed.
1 years of experience in IT recruitment specifically in the Portuguese market.
Proven track record of working as a freelancer or in a commissionbased role.
Strong expertise in sourcing IT talent (direct search or agency experience is a plus!).
Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Selfmotivated with excellent organizational skills and a passion for tech recruitment.
