IT PROJECT MANAGER TS/SCI WITH POLY REQUIRED

Position Description.

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by overseeing and managing critical IT projects.
This position is located in Chantilly, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Active TS/SCI with Poly required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in project management software (e.
., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required.
Master's Degree in Computer Science Experience with data visualization CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications.
To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
