IT PROGRAM AND PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

What you’ll do The role is responsible for leading and coordinating activities to ensure productivity/efficiency of end-to-end IT delivery and providing direction on how best to handle various demands while maintaining customer satisfaction.
The role assures Business and IT Strategies are aligned, executed, and implemented to generate expected outcome.
The duties and responsibilities.
Be the single contact for commercial and other function ex-co direct reports; Drive conversations between Business and Digital & IT to design right solutions; Works with Head of Strategy, Portfolio & Governance for Cluster; Design work schedules and organize relevant workshops implementing accurate capacity planning; Follow initiatives within CIO Agenda to ensure delivery commitments; Resolve issues when escalation; Ensure new ways of working is implemented; Work with outside vendors to maintain necessary business supplies; Maintain a good working relationship with executives and other managers; Design and implement procedures to improve profitability and efficiency; Works with CIO to manage internal & external stakeholders; Coordinate and govern strategic initiatives and ensure they are delivered based on Cluster Strategy; Accountable of delivering IT transformation programs; Consult and contribute to the translation of business and technology demand with capacity planning; Ensures that all relevant stakeholders are involved during the definition of the solution and supports teams with development, quality assurance and operations activities fulfilling compliance to non-functional requirements; Leveraging best practices between ongoing Transformation Programs and at the same time setting a strong focus on Modernisation of existing IT systems; Help CIO toincreasing the sustainability and the value of our IT assets (Applications/Systems), increasing efficiency of Operations, and ensuring Business Continuity.
This role is about leading engagement managers, portfolio managers and program managers in need of coordination to deliver business value within Digital & IT roadmap based on the overall company technology strategy.
The role will directly work with Head of Strategy, Portfolio & Governance for Cluster and CBU, VBU, COPS, Legal/Regulation and HR Managers, IT Managers, Enterprise Architects, IT Director of the market, and Senior IT Managers both in markets and in Cluster Community.
Who you are Degree in Engineering, telecommunications or related field; 8+ or more years of hands-on experience in project and program delivery preferably in multinational environments; Knowledge in Agile software development and delivery; Problem solving abilities and creative thinking applying the right architecture assurance/governance disciplines; Highly organized with excellent written and communication skills; Experience in driving value add process and governance to deliver effective business decision making; Experience in developing and executing strategic programs and influencing senior executive buy-in; Being innovative with strategic insight and develop creative ways of working to drive the business forward; Experience in conflict management having broad perspective and being innovative with strategic insights; Ensure a consistent framework to plan, communicate and monitor how business objectives and outcomes will be enabled over time by a renewed product portfolio; Proficiency in English required, Portuguese preferred.
