Mission Job description.
The role of IT Ops falls within the context of an Agile and DevOps approach.
She/he acts as the guarantor of Production throughout the project cycle.
He/she is a key player in taking production requirements into account contribution to the definition of the technical solution, the stability of the technical environments (Production/non-Production), the monitoring and supervision of the technical solutions.
He/she participates in project team meetings and is involved in activities and collective decisions (assessment of complexity, risks, etc.) throughout the project.
He/she identifies good application production practices in collaboration with the Application Production Support and shares them widely.
Main Tasks.
Integrating the production and infrastructure requirements in the scoping and in the product backlog                                                      Ensuring the upskilling of the Product/Project team on application production best practices                                                        Ensuring the provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions                                          Liaising with Production Support Applications to implement monitoring and facilitate service supervision                                           Contributing to maintaining the services in operational condition                                                     Contributing to the continuous improvement of Production (Automation, performance improvement, etc.)                                                        Perfil Technical Skills.
