Your mission, roles and responsibilities Our Local IT Department is looking for a IT Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).
The main missions.
* Provide IT support in various domains (collaborative tools; access to applications; Email; security applications, hardware, etc.); * Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support; * Management and resolution of Incidents and Requests through ticketing tools; * Collaborate in functional support tasks to applications in various domains such as purchasing, finance, IT, sales or production; * Managing accesses to various applications; * Support in the elaboration of technical processes and respective documentation; Your profile and competencies to succeed * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
* Willing to join a multidisciplinary team; * Willing to learn and apply the latest user support techniques; * Ability to communicate in English.
