IT Learning Management (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Great PowerPoint presentation design skills • Native-speaker level command of English and German with excellent presentation, writing and translation skills • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a teaching position • Knowledge and enthusiasm about Microsoft 365 apps • Impressive communication and presentation skills • Good time-keeping skills and the ability to multitask to effectively manage training schedules • Understanding of and passion for technology • Ability to translate technology into user benefits with a user-centric approach • Ability to work effectively across a global multicultural and multilingual team • Ability to communicate effectively to all IT end-user levels • Strategic and out-of-the-box thinking • Curiosity with experimentation and hands-on approach, eager to learn and develop soft skills • Team player and proactive, with initiative and the ability to offer new ideas • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organization, motivate others, and change people's attitudes when necessary Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
