Overview / Summary.
We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our company! Responsibilities and Tasks.
Act as the primary point of contact for the project coordinating between our clients Competence Center teams and client stakeholders to address daily technical and operational needs; Ensure project documentation is consistently uptodate providing the necessary prerequirements for the team to execute their work efficiently; Lead technical discussions in client meetings report on task progress participate in task force or firefighting meetings and translate client requirements into actionable tasks; Proactively identify and manage valuedriven tasks with the client that contribute to project success; Oversee and guide the creation prioritization and delivery of tasks assigned to our clients Competence Center ensuring alignment with project objectives; Proactively identify and manage valuedriven tasks with the client that contribute to project success; Become the technical subject matter expert in our clients performance methodology particularly in addressing complex performance challenges such as production firefighting business processes optimisation or technical assurance activities; Provide technical leadership by ensuring the successful delivery implementation and verification of recommendations and solutions aimed at resolving major incidents and oversee service delivery to meet or exceed client expectations; Mentor and guide team members on best practices and ensure technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
