We are looking for an IT Controls Officer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements.
Previous experience in Risk monotoring, with the ability to identify, alert and suggest remediation; Previous experience in Risk analysis, with the ability to anticipate and analyze threats and create risk scenario; Ability to verify operations, and ensure that the procedures are being followed; Knowledge of Regulatory, such as IT and cybersecurity regulators frameworks, and Compliance; Knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity, and audit process and methodology; Fluent in English.
Responsibilities.
Design controls.
Design process to perform operational IT controls; Design process to perform specific controls following regulators requirements; Ensure the validation of designed controls by the management; Share designed controls to the control owners and support them if needed; Follow the implementation and the execution of controls; Controls management.
Analyze, classify and consolidate IT controls; Participate to the annual review of controls; Collect incidents regarding controls execution; Follow the control roadmap on each IT theme across all entities; Follow internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements; Prepare response for requests from regulators, internal and external audit; Controls reporting Gather feedbacks from controls owner; Share the entities non-compliance control level; Follow remediation action plans; Perform a regular reporting to the top management.
