Your primary focus will be overseeing our IT asset management policies, ensuring compliance with ITIL, ISO , and local regulatory requirements while driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities.
- ITAM & CMDB Management.
You'll maintain our ServiceNow ITAM capabilities, ensuring data accuracy and effective tracking of asset lifecycles.
- Compliance & Process Optimization.
Align our ITAM practices with key compliance standards and enhance our workflows.
- Reporting & Analytics.
You'll develop insightful dashboards, KPIs, and automated solutions targeting asset tracking, cost optimization, and compliance.
- Strategic Advisory.
Act as our ITAM Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with IT, finance, procurement, and security teams to fortify our governance.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Extensive experience with ITAM, particularly within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards like ITIL and ISO .
- Proven ability to develop analytical solutions and dashboards.
- Excellent collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
