Job Description.
Your contribution to something big.
* Supports and reports to Technical Buyer on the assigned tasks; * Responsible for placing purchase orders and expediting components/products based on the quotations from sources as indicated by Technical Buyer; * Reporting issues timely to their responsible Technical Buyer; * Supports procurement of samples (A,B,C,D) * Supports in RFQ's, TCO's.
Bonaparte PO creation, on request from Technical Buyer under supervision of group leader; * Keep track of time-lines for the activities under responsibility; * Escalate any issue (time-line or content) to Technical Buyer; * Ensure creation of contracts in SAP by Strategic Purchasing.
