Au quotidien.
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe de recrutement international, composée de 4 personnes et basée à Lisbonne.
Vous serez managé par Aline.
Vous aurez pour missions notamment.
* La gestion complète du processus de recrutement, du premier contact à la signature * La rédaction et mise en ligne d'annonces, et la recherche de profils sur différents Jobboard ou réseaux sociaux profesionnel, incluant LinkedIn Recruiter * La réalisation des entretiens de recrutement et l'accompagnement de vos candidature tout au long du processus.
Vous serez garant de l'expérience candidat * L'organisation et la réalisation de présentation ou de webinars, afin d'aider nos futurs experts techniques à se projeter Requerimientos del candidato/a.
Parlons de vous.
* Récemment diplômé(e) d'une formation RH ou équivalent, vous avez idéalement une première expérience réussie en recrutement * Vous êtes proactif(ve) et souhaitez découvrir de nouveaux environnements et de nouveaux postes.
Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(reuse) et orienté(e) résultat * Vous avez un bon niveau d'allemand et d'anglais (C1 minimum) * Une première expérience à l'étranger est un plus
