Intern Sourcing Admin Services For our Business Shared Center based in Lisbon we are looking for a Trainee who will support the Sourcing Administration Service Team.
The team is composed by 35 people and provide support for all our Essity Offices in Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to be able to work alongside professionals who work in a multicultural and dynamic environment with a 12 month internship contract.
We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace.

What You Will Do * You will support in the E-mails trough dunning and reminders.
* You will support the internal controls of Duplicates.
* After an appropriate induction, you will support different countries in the entire invoice handlings.
* Reconciliation of vendors after fully awareness of invoice handlings.
Who You Are * You are a student/new graduates in Economy/Account or Management * You can communicate efficiently in English (fluency in an additional language will be considered a plus) * You have a natural customer-oriented attitude, and you love solve problems * You manage well excel and Microsoft Office package.
