The captured data should be updated in real-time on an interactive dashboard.
Deployment will be on our existing server and portal.
Questionnaire Design.
- The questionnaire will include multiple choice, short answer, and rating scale questions.
Dashboard Features.
- The dashboard should provide live updates, data visualization, and user activity tracking.
- The dashboard should have customizable widgets for different types of data visualization.
- Provide options to export data in various formats like CSV, PDF, and Excel for offline analysis.
- Incorporate user analytics to track engagement and interaction with the dashboard.
- Ensure the dashboard is mobile-compatible for access on smartphones and tablets.
- Include filter and search functionalities to allow users to find specific data quickly.
- Create role-based views so that different access levels can have customized dashboard views.
- Set up real-time notifications to alert users to significant changes or updates in the data.
- Enable API integration for pulling data from different sources and third-party services.
- Implement interactive charts that users can click on to see more detailed information.
- Allow for tracking and comparison of historical data to observe trends.
User Access Levels.
- There will be three levels of access on the platform.
Admin access, User access, and Guest access Ideal Skills.
- Web development - Data visualization - Server deployment Experience with designing interactive questionnaires and real-time dashboards would be a significant advantage.
Please provide examples of your previous work in your bid.
The dashboard site should be accessible and supported on all modern browsers (including Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc.) Feature for a formatted report of the submitted data through the questionnaire to be prepared and emailed to the participant to be integrated into the dashboard.
The platform must be based on open-source software libraries and should not be bound to a license base for further development and deployment.
Delivery of code base with detailed documentation The platform shall be developed with essential programs suitable for data processing and visualization.

HTML5, PHP, CSS, JS, JQuery, React, Nodejs, D3.
s, MySQL, PostgreSQL for data storing and querying on the platform).
Data Privacy and Security.
All data is anonymized and aggregated, no personally identifiable information is displayed and access controls to ensure only authorised personnel can view the dashboard data.
Embedding of videos in the dashboard site (YouTube and more) The layout should have a minimalist design.
The platform should manage a moderate user load and moderate data volume effectively.
Real-time notifications should be implemented using email alerts.
