INTEGRATE FREEPBX WITH SUITECRM FOR CALL CENTER

Our system is up and running on a local host, handling incoming and outgoing calls just fine.
CRM users are showing up in FreePBX, so the integration is good to go.
What We Need.
Outgoing Call Form.
When an agent makes a call from SuiteCRM, a form should pop up automatically.
This form should let agents add and update call details easily.
Grandstream Phone Integration.
We want outbound calls from SuiteCRM to go through a physical Grandstream VoIP phone.
Calls should be routed through this phone instead of softphones.
Excel Contact Imports.
Admins should be able to upload contact lists from Excel files into the CRM without hassle.
Access to Call Recordings.
Admins need to have full access to all the call recordings made by agents.
Recordings should be easy to find and manage within the system.
Documentation.
We’ll need a step-by-step guide on how everything is set up.
This documentation should help us manage and update the system on our own in the future.
Additional Info.
We’re using SuiteCRM right now, but if another open-source CRM works better for these needs, we’re open to it.
Experience with FreePBX, Asterisk, SuiteCRM, or similar CRM systems and VoIP tech is important.
We need someone who knows how to handle data automation, call recordings, and CRM imports.
If you’ve worked on similar projects before, we’d love to see your work and hear how you’d approach this.
