BUSINESS - Tourism, Cultural management REQUIREMENTS.
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY.
English B2/C1 + Spanish A2/B1 or French A2/B1 - Preference.
Background in Tourism, Marketing, Communication or other related area - Communication and engaging skills and outgoing personality - Sales skills - Creativity, adaptability and proactivity - Comfortable speaking in Spanish or French (at least C1 level) This company has always vacancies.
Working days and shifts rotate every week (2 days off a week are included).
TASKS.
Meeting point management and coordination.
engagement with customers; promotion of tours; registration and report of meeting point data.
Promotion and Material delivery to partners and other businesses Content creation and organisation.
texts, platform, documents and images Handling bookings Organise meetings Contact with partners.
service promotion, stock management, help staff with questions, report and suggestions for improvement.
Back office support tasks.
platforms management, market analysis, stock management, document preparation and proofreading, etc.
To act as an ambassador for the business and improve branding of the company; Promotion of tours and pickups of guests at partner hostels WORKING HOURS.
40 hours per week LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE.
