Your Role As a Operating & Backoffice Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the management, administration, and maintenance of insurance policies, customer service and negotiating the conditions with insurance companies.
Your Responsibilities Handling of insurance policies.
registrations, cancellations, modifications, billing, endorsements, etc; Negotiating with insurance companies new policies, renewals, endorsements, etc; Customer service, customer advice; Monthly statements to insurance companies; Sales team support and internal customers support.
Your Skills and Experiences Secondary degree (mandatory) or university degree (preferred); Around 2 years of experience in Insurance/Brokers; Insurance knowledge; Microsoft Office knowledge.
Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Good level of English knowledge (written & spoken).
