Key Requirements.
*Proven experience in running and scaling high-ROI paid campaigns on TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads.
*Expertise in retargeting strategies, ensuring efficient audience segmentation and conversion tracking.
*Ability to optimize ads for the highest ROAS and adjust campaigns dynamically based on performance data.
*Strong understanding of content creation, ad creatives, and A/B testing to enhance engagement and conversions.
*Capable of working under pressure and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
*Willing to understand and align with our brand tone, messaging, and positioning.
*Familiarity with audience insights, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting for tech-related products.
Preferred Skills.
*Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and ad attribution.
*Strong analytical skills using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and GA4.
*Understanding of e-commerce funnels, landing page optimization, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
