L’entreprise est en mutation industrielle pour se positionner comme un acteur français stratégique sur le secteur de l’hydrogène, en capacité de répondre rapidement aux différentes demandes des marchés de la mobilité lourde (ferroviaire, maritime, engins miniers) et du stationnaire.
Dans le cadre du développement du Groupe Electrogène hydrogène, AlstomHydrogène cherche un(e) stagiaire au sein du Bureau d'Etudes.
Vous participerez à la réalisation des études d'ingénierie système et d’analyse de Soutien Logistique en cohérence avec le programme globale de développement produit.
Vos principales missions seront .
Participer à la rédaction du manuel d’utilisation du groupe électrogène hydrogène, Participer à la rédaction du manuel de maintenance, Participer à l’élaboration des exigences de maintenabilité pour la prochaine génération de groupe électrogène, Participer à la rédaction du plan de maintenance du groupe électrogène en phase projet dans le respect des exigences des clients, Dimensionner la liste des pièces de rechanges, Contribuer à la définition du coût prévisionnel de la maintenance préventive et corrective, en donnée d’entrée des offres de service.
Dans ce sens vous serez amené(e) à organiser et animer des revues avec les services Achat et Fabrication.
Profil recherché.
Vous êtes en école d’ingénieur ou en master avec une spécialité dans l’énergie, dans l’hydrogène en particulier serait un plus, Vous avez des connaissances dans le domaine de l’hydrogène et de la Pile à Combustible Vous avez compétences sur le fonctionnement de la Pile à Combustible, la définition des concepts de maintenance, son organisation et la sûreté de fonctionnement, Vous êtes à l’aise avec la manipulation des 3D en CAO (Catia, SolidWorks, …), Vous êtes force de proposition et d’initiative, Vous êtes à l’écoute, autonome, organisé et rigoureux.
