IMAGE ENHANCEMENT AND FORMAT CONVERSION

I no longer have the high-resolution files, and I require some minor adjustments to the images.
Additionally, I need these images saved in multiple file formats for use on my websites, business cards, and social media.
Requirements.
- Minor design adjustments as needed, primarily color changes.
- Save the final images in JPEG, PNG, and SVG formats.
Ideal Skills.
- Graphic design - Proficient in image editing software - Experience with format conversion for digital and print use Very specifically for the following files.
Heart paw [login to view URL] = I need this to be a transparent background - the colors are okay, but could use a refresh.
I would also like a file type where I can update the colors myself if needed.
I would also like to look a bit more unique.
I want one version where the words "Aunt Karen's Lucky Dogs" is replaced with the copy "Carolina Dog Behavior" and one version with no words.
I am looking for a designer willing to suggest ways to make the heart paw a little bit more unique using their creativity.
Three dog [login to view URL] = I like that this is illustrative but I need to be able to use this at higher resolutions, my files are all grainy.
Also, I want to change the larger yellow dog coloring to the larger dog in the "color reference [login to view URL]" and the medium dog to the coloring of the black and white dog in the "color reference [login to view URL]".
The smallest dog's color should only be tweaked to best compliment the other two dogs.
To be clear, the largest dog has darker ears, darker legs, a darker face, and brown body - I can send more pics for reference.
This is a Belgian Malnois.
The middle dog is a Siberian Husky and is black and white.
This photo also must include a transparent background.
