Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services processes and tools on a local and European level for the entire "Employee Life Cycle"
Handling general and more complex inquiries & support through ticket service system or via phone (if required)
HR Database management (Workday) - can be trained in detail
Job posts on different job boards (via a Recruiting tool)
Preselection of applicants (most of the time in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.), organization of interviews
Preparation of On-boarding plans and of Off-boarding documents
Issue all types of certifications to employees, mainly for Germany
Responsible to train new team members and guide them during the first three months.
Direct support to Team Lead in process OM topics (ticketing, dispatching, improvements, problem solving)
