We are recruiting for the role of HR Business Partner for our Lisbon Office! Key Responsibilities.
Collect the recruitment needs of the hotel units and monitor the process in coordination with the Recruitment team; Provide support and guidance to managers in HR processes such as conflict management restructuring and labor law issues; Coordinate with the legal department and hotel management all legal procedures/processes within the scope of people management throughout the entire lifecycle of employees; Assist in solving daily problems in the hotel units; Ensure the collection and validation of the data necessary for payroll processing together with the Payroll team and review the final version of payslips; Manage attendance and monitor presence absence and hour bank balances; Support the management of Occupational Health; Prepare monthly HR metrics; Create purchase orders and prepare the respective distribution maps by cost centers; Support the administrative management of all HR processes; Key Requirements.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area; Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR functions preferably in growing contexts; Flexible and adaptable profile with the ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to practical and operational situations on a daily basis; Experience with the ERP Primavera and the attendance management software Innux will be preferred factors; Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills promoting collaboration within different areas and teams; Ability to adjust to evolving processes and maintain focus on essential administrative tasks.
