I'm not entirely sure about the technology stack being used or the specifics of my access to the codebase and Heroku settings, but I do need help diagnosing and fixing the issue.
This website was built to allow people to flow through the SumSub KYC/AML process and we need it back and working ASAP.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include.
- Strong expertise in Heroku and web deployment troubleshooting - Proficiency in identifying and resolving connection issues - Ability to work with various technology stacks, including Node.
