Funções Garantir o reporte de compras e aquisições ao COO e aos colegas de nível e colegas de nível inferior.
Elaboração de orçamento de matérias-primas, subsidiárias e manutenção.
Reportar custos de aquisição, compras e consumo de materiais.
Trabalhar em parceria com o COO e a equipa para atingir o plano estratégico a cinco anos participando proactivamente na execução do mesmo.
Representar a Empresa junto de Entidades Oficiais como Universidades, Centros de Inovação e Tecnologia e Associações (PIEP, APIP,...) relacionadas com o sector da Transformação de Plásticos na ausência do COO ou em conjunto com ele.
Liderar e direcionar as metas do departamento para cumprir o orçamento e ajudar outros departamentos a atingir os seus objetivos com novas soluções ou melhores preços.
Apoiar os outros chefes e o COO no desenvolvimento de novas ideias, sistemas e tecnologia e também na análise e melhoria dos antigos.
Garantir a procura contínua de novos fornecedores, novas soluções económicas com I&D & Processos, tentar aumentar as vendas diretas com os fornecedores.
Garantir o melhor preço/pacotes de compra a qualquer momento e coordenar volumes, preços, bónus e condições com o departamento de compras.
Perfil Licenciatura (engenharia, economia, etc.) Experiência em contexto industrial de, pelo menos, 10 anos.
Bom domínio das línguas inglesa (essencial) e alemão (plus).
