Assegurar a gestão de uma equipa;
Participar ativamente nos processos de recrutamento;
Fortalecer a cultura organizacional e promover o engagement das equipas;
Garantir uma comunicação interna eficaz e adaptada aos diferentes públicos;
Gerir o orçamento de RH e otimizar processos para maior eficiência organizacional;
Assegurar a conformidade legal e promover um ambiente de trabalho saudável e produtivo;
