Full-time Funções.
Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de crescimento para aquisição, retenção e aumento de receita no setor de cuidados pessoais; Analisar tendências de mercado, concorrência e comportamento do consumidor para identificar oportunidades; Executar campanhas de marketing digital (SEO, PPC, redes sociais, e-mail marketing, parcerias com influenciadores e canais de retalho); Desenvolver estratégias de segmentação de clientes e personalização para adaptar as mensagens de marketing às necessidades do consumidor; Criar programas de fidelização e estratégias personalizadas para os clientes; Utilizar ferramentas de análise de dados para monitorizar métricas, medir ROI e otimizar estratégias; Monitorizar o feedback dos clientes e utilizar insights para aprimorar os produtos e melhorar a experiência do consumidor; Colaborar com equipas de produto, vendas e marketing para garantir alinhamento e eficiência nas campanhas.
Requisitos.
Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, ou similar; Experiência comprovada em estratégias de marketing digital, incluindo SEO, PPC e redes sociais; Experiência em aquisição e retenção de clientes; Disponibilidade para colaborar com equipas multifuncionais em diferentes fusos horários; Conhecimento aprofundado do mercado de cuidados pessoais, tendências de consumo e concorrência; Capacidades analíticas avançadas para interpretação de dados e otimização de campanhas; Liderança e capacidade de gerir equipas multifuncionais; Comunicação eficaz para interagir com diferentes stakeholders; Paixão pelo setor de cuidados pessoais e inovação.
