Preparação de reportes regulares de apoio à gestão das várias áreas da empresa;
Apuramento e monitorização de indicadores relativos à atividade financeira e operacional da empresa, assegurando a credibilidade da informação financeira;
Supervisionar e orientar os departamentos de Contabilidade, Controlo de Gestão e Pagamentos da Empresa, visando à profissionalização e otimização das operações financeiras;
Contribuir ativamente para a otimização dos processos e automatização de análises e reports;
Desenvolver estratégias financeiras para apoiar o crescimento contínuo da Empresa;
Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a administração executiva para alinhar estratégias financeiras com metas operacionais e garantir uma gestão integrada e eficaz.
Garantir a elaboração do orçamento anual e a monitorização dos desvios mensais, assim como dos forecasts periódicos e respetivos reportes do grupo;
Controlo e gestão bancária;
Assegurar a comunicação regular e transparente com o Grupo;
Desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de KPIs;
Planeamento e delineação das melhores estratégias de cobrança;
