This script will be used primarily for automated reporting.
When I open the Google Sheet, the App Script should use the content in the JSON file to populate the fields.
This throws a permission error (Image attached) This works fine when the JSON data is in another [login to view URL] file.
This realistically is a permissions issue but I cannot find where to set the permission.
Key Requirements.
- The script should retrieve all data fields from the JSON file, without exception.
- While the script needs to be capable of performing the task automatically, I want the flexibility to trigger it manually as needed.
Ideal skills and experience.
- Proven expertise in Google Apps Script, specifically with Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Permissions required for Google Sheet to access the file in Google Drive This project price is fixed at Rs 600 as I just need to understand where to set the permissions needed.
