Position Summary The main responsibility of the CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) Lead is to lead the CGI’s expansion, adoption and provide direction and guidance to Centers Operations tied to delivery.
Build and maintain the CGI’s Delivery Model and Global documentation.
He/She is accountable of the CGI’s quality and tackles escalations and is the SPOC for Internal and External Stakeholders for any topic related to CGI’s development and localization.
He/She anticipates innovations intensively and proactively to ensure we continuously deliver best-in-class services leveraging the latest technologies.
A day in the life of...
Driving best-in-class CGI’s expansion in line with functional strategy roadmap, building and maintaining the CGI's Delivery Model and Global documentation to Centers.
Building CGI’s capabilities globally and in Centers (training, scale-up geographically and sub-sub-streams, upskilling, etc.).
Defining sub-stream operation KPIs in line with functional strategy roadmap.
Is the SPOC for Internal and External Stakeholders for any topic related to their CGI’s.
Evolving with partners' needs in-line with Integrated Marketing Services priorities & constraints.
Anticipating overall innovation opportunities.
Producing and updating global communication materials, processes, training and reporting for CGI’s volume development and localization.
Guide CGI’s operations in a sustainable way by guiding Centers.
Handle escalations with support of the respective Center Leads and the respective Supervisors.
Partner with internal departments (IBS, eBusiness, SBUs / Categories / Zones / Markets, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT, MSE) and agencies to achieve objectives.
Orchestrates and set the governance to support above pillars.
Upskill technical and functional capabilities of the team, including introduction of new tools.
What will make you successful 5-8 years of solid experience in Agencies (or FMCG in similar role) in 3D Products Imagery / CGIs production and localization with managerial experience.
Strong background on product and animation 3d modelling.
Experience in CGI tools and understanding where the industry is heading too, including innovation.
Drives changes to support strategy and business goals.
Ability to quickly understand business needs, expectations and opportunities.
Good communication and relationship skills.
Good selling approach and capabilities.
Strong Project management.
Ability to deal with frequent changes or unexpected events.
Ability to continuously identify improvement opportunities.
Startup or innovation background in consumer product, insights or marketing environments is a definite plus.
