Typically reports to the Senior Estates Manager or the Head of Property.
Who you are * Assists, advises and executes site selection, site acquisition and leasing space to ensure maximum return / value; * Drives and maintains the delivery of estate projects that improve effectiveness; * Maintains and manages contracts, suggests improvements and ensures that the team adhere to the delivery of the property agenda; * Builds strong relations and works closely with Supply Chain, Finance and Legal functions to ensure alignment of contracts; * Demonstrates strong communication skills, influences third parties and negotiates contractual requirements and costs with the support of Supply Chain; * May provide guidance to junior staff.
