We are seeking a German Customer Support Representative to ist customers via live chat email and occasional inbound calls.
You will be responsible for identifying customer issues troubleing and doenting resolutions.
This role involves staying updated with client policies and providing exceptional service while adhering to KPIs.
Key Responsibilities.
Answer customer queries via phone email or chat Trouble and resolve issues related to navigation tools and streaming platforms Doent actions taken and categorize cases/possible bugs Stay updated on client policies especially regarding policy safety and copyright management Trouble issues like video playback membership and account bugs yze data and trends to provide valuable insights and report on key performance indicators Mandatory Ss.
