At the moment we are looking for the following candidate.
Functional Application Support - Porto/Lisboa - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related domains; - Provide technical and functional support to Portugal team members Provide timely acknowledgement & resolution on the incidents raised by users Provide training to users on Market and Counterparty Risk Applications Work closely with development teams and functional experts and provide expert, advice on emerging trends and issues affecting services Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis Examine potential areas for service Improvement with the Service Manager Provide input to the implementation, backup and roll-back plans Technical Skills.
• Good understanding of counterparty risks • Good understanding of stress testing techniques • Python (nice to have, but not a blocker) - Good level of English.
