Requirements.

Responsibilities.
Provide technical and functional support; Provide timely acknowledgement and resolution on the incidents raised by users; Provide training to users on Market and Counterparty Risk Applications; Work closely with development teams and functional experts and provide expert, advice on emerging trends and issues affecting services; Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis; Examine potential areas for service Improvement with the Service Manager; Provide input to the implementation, backup and roll-back plans.
