With 50 rooms, three F&B outlets, including a restaurant with a bar open to the public, a heated saltwater pool, a gym and a spa area, it's the perfect haven for surf-inspired travelers. We also have a multipurpose room which is available for events, leisure and wellness activities. Overview: Aethos Hotels is looking for dynamic and ambitious Front Desk Agent to support our Front Office team and ensure the hotel's night operations. Welcoming guests and organizing their stay by monitoring their activities and reservations on a daily basis. Build guest loyalty through a personalized approach and advice Read and assimilate daily tasks through fluid communication with colleagues Anticipating guests' needs (laundry, bar and pool service, concierge, massages...) Responding to all requests by phone and email Invoicing the various internal services and external services with our partners Providing secretarial services for reception Administrative activities, such as accepting reservations and entering them into the PMS, accounting for the cash register/credit card, as well as general office activities CRM maintenance Core competencies: Fluent in Portuguese and English is a must More than 2 years' experience in hospitality is an advantage Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality sector in general Flexible hours - long hours and covering evening events are common Ability to make considered decisions and give constructive criticism Must be effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying customer concerns Maintain regular attendance in accordance with Aethos Hotel standards, as required by the schedule, which varies according to the needs of the hotel Comply with Aethos Hotel rules and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions Maintain a warm and friendly attitude at all times, remaining genuine Have good knowledge of computer tools such as Word, Excel, Google ....
