Key Responsibilities.
- Handling incoming typed documents and extracting specific fields.
Name and Email, Phone and Site Address, Product Information, Phone.
- Filling out premade FreshBooks invoices using the extracted information.
- Securing incoming email attachments via password protection before they are attached to the FreshBooks invoice.
- Sending out the completed FreshBooks invoices to the relevant email addresses.
Ideal Candidate.
- Previous experience with FreshBooks is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail for accurately extracting information from documents.
- Proficiency in email management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
