About the Role.
As a Customer Support Specialist youll be the first point of contact for our customers providing assistance across various channels.
Whether its answering questions about subscriptions resolving billing issues or troubleshooting technical problems your goal will be to offer personalized solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Handle incoming calls from customers offering guidance and support with a friendly and professional approach.

Provide effective solutions tailored to each customers needs whether its a subscription query billing concern or technical issue.

What Were Looking For.
Language Proficiency.
Native or strong C2 level in French is essential.
No Experience Needed.
We value your communication skills and your drive to learn; no prior experience is required.
Legal Requirements.
Candidates must hold a valid EU ID or residence card.
Working Conditions.
Location.
This is an onsite position based in our Porto office.
Schedule.
Youll work on rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm.
Start Date.
