Job Summary.
We are looking for a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Porto office.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for our Frenchspeaking customers providing topnotch support and solutions.
This is a fully onsite position allowing you to work closely with a dynamic team in a stateoftheart facility.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not essential; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls emails and live chats in French addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
ist customers with product and servicerelated questions billing inquiries technical support and general troubleing.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Doent customer interactions and update customer records in our database accurately and efficiently.
Meet or exceed performance targets including customer satisfaction response times and resolution rates.
Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes company policies and best practices.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights feedback and innovative ideas for improving customer service processes.
Qualifications.
Fluent in French.
Exceptional written and verbal communication ss in French are mandatory.

Strong interpersonal ss with a genuine desire to help others and provide excellent service.
ProblemSolving Ss.
Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
Adaptability.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Tech Savvy.
Basic proficiency in computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Preferred Qualifications.
Previous experience in customer service call centers or a related field is advantageous but not required.
Knowledge of telecommunications products and services is a plus.
