We are looking for a skilled Remote FrenchSpeaking Customer Service Agent to join our team.
This role is exclusively available to those who live in Portugal offering the convenience of remote work while contributing to our global success.
Role Description.
As a Remote FrenchSpeaking Customer Service Agent you will serve as the main contact for our Frenchspeaking customers around the world.
Your responsibilities will include delivering topnotch customer support managing inquiries and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
This position demands excellent customer service skills empathy and fluency in both French and English.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
We provide thorough training to ensure you excel in this role.

Primary Duties.
Customer Support.
Offer prompt and professional assistance to customer queries via phone email and chat ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Issue Resolution.
Address and resolve issues related to orders shipping returns and product details seeking effective solutions.
Product Knowledge.
Stay informed about our products promotions and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Feedback Collection.
Gather and report customer feedback and recurring issues to relevant teams to enhance service quality.
Multitasking.
Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
Department Coordination.
Collaborate with various departments such as logistics and sales to ensure effective customer support.
Continuous Improvement.
Participate in ongoing training to refine your skills and keep up with industry developments.
Requirements.
Language Skills.
Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential with a strong command of English.
Residency.
Must be located in Portugal.
Despite being a remote position residing in Portugal is necessary for legal and operational reasons.
Communication.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and effective information.
Customer Service Orientation.
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and helping others.
ProblemSolving.
Ability to independently analyze and resolve customer issues.
Technical Skills.
Proficient with various computer systems customer management software and online communication tools.
Adaptability.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adjust to changes.
Experience.
Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not essential.
