We are looking for a proactive and customerfocused individual to take on the role of Remote FrenchSpeaking Customer Support Representative.
This position is exclusively available to individuals living in Portugal offering you the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our international success.
Role Summary.
As a Remote FrenchSpeaking Customer Support Representative you will serve as the main contact for our Frenchspeaking clientele across the globe.
Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional support addressing customer queries and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
This role requires excellent customer service skills empathy and strong communication abilities in both French and English.
While prior customer service experience is a benefit it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities.
Customer Interaction.
Offer prompt courteous and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Problem Solving.
Assist with resolving issues related to orders shipments returns and product information striving to find effective solutions.
Product Expertise.
Stay informed about our products promotions and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Feedback Collection.
Gather and report customer feedback and recurring issues to relevant departments to help improve overall service quality.
Multitasking.
Efficiently handle multiple customer interactions at once while maintaining high service standards.
Team Collaboration.
Work with other departments such as logistics and sales to ensure smooth and effective customer support.
Ongoing Development.
Participate in regular training to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications.
Language Proficiency.
Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential with a strong command of English.
Residency Requirement.
Must be based in Portugal.
While this is a remote role residing in Portugal is necessary for legal and operational reasons.
Communication Skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information.
Customer Service Focus.
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and assisting others.
ProblemSolving Skills.
Capability to analyze and resolve customer issues independently.
Technical Skills.
Proficient in using various computer systems customer management software and digital communication tools.
Adaptability.
Ability to excel in a fastpaced environment and quickly adapt to changes.
Experience.
Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not required.
Full training will be provided.
