We are seeking a passionate and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Remote FrenchSpeaking Customer Advisor.
This role is exclusively available to candidates based in Portugal allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to our global success.
Position Overview.
As a Remote FrenchSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be the voice of our brand providing exceptional customer service to our Frenchspeaking customers around the world.
You will assist customers with their inquiries resolve issues and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
This role requires a deep understanding of customer service principles empathy and strong communication skills in both French and English.
While prior experience in customer support is beneficial it is not mandatory.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist customers in resolving issues related to orders deliveries returns and product inquiries going above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome.
Product Knowledge.
Stay updated on our product range promotions and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Feedback and Reporting.
Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to the relevant departments to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications.
Language Skills.
Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
Good command of English is also required.
Location.
Must be currently residing in Portugal.
This role is remote but requires you to be based in Portugal for legal and operational purposes.
