Job Description.
We are currently seeking a FrenchSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Porto.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic customerfocused and fluent in French to develop their career in a supportive and innovative environment.
As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our valued Frenchspeaking customers providing them with exceptional support and assistance.
You will handle a variety of customer inquiries ranging from billing issues to technical support and product information.
Your role is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience reflecting the companys values and commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities.
Customer Support.
Handle inbound calls emails and live chat inquiries from Frenchspeaking customers providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Problem Solving.
Identify troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to billing services technical support and product offerings.
Product Knowledge.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and upsell where appropriate.
Documentation.
Accurately log and document all customer interactions and actions taken in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and followup.
Feedback.
Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve our products services and processes.
Collaboration.
Work closely with other departments such as technical support and billing to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Compliance.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.
Qualifications.
Fluent in French (both written and spoken) is a must.
Strong communication skills in English are also highly desirable.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Clear and articulate communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Customer Service Orientation.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Basic Technical Skills.
Comfortable using computer systems and software with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Adaptability and Resilience.
Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience empathy and professionalism.
Previous Experience.
Prior experience in customer service call center or telecommunications is an advantage but not a requirement.
Availability.
Must be based in Porto and willing to work onsite in a fully officebased environment.
