Position Overview.
As a Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries.
Whether its subscription details billing issues or technical support your role will be to deliver clear and effective solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities.
Customer Support.
Manage incoming calls providing customers with accurate information and resolving their issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
Solution Delivery.
Offer tailored solutions to address various customer concerns ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and precision.
Team Collaboration.
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by embracing the companys culture and working closely with your colleagues.
Requirements.
Language Proficiency.
Must be a native French speaker or possess a C2 level of fluency.
Experience.
No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm a customerfirst mindset and the willingness to learn.
Eligibility.
Candidates must hold a valid EU ID or residence card.
Work Details.
Location.
This is an onsite position at our Porto office.
Schedule.
Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday with working hours between 7 am and 7 pm.
Start Date.
We are looking for candidates who can begin in September.
