Your mission.
You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers.
Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
Advising customers on all services and offers.
Requirements.
Native or fluent French and English (mandatory).
Good communication skills Contact center environment experience.
Sales experience What we offer you.
Direct and permanent contract with the client.
Base salary + Meal Allowance Italian monthly bonus + English monthly bonus (cumulative).
Performance bonus Attendance bonus Flex-ben Proactive advisin/sales Training with a fixed performance bonus All equipment given Health insurance with the 4th month of contract Hybrid or 100% remote!!! Schedule.
Monday to Sunday (Rotative 8H shifts, between 7am to 9pm) Entry date.
