You’ll handle after-sales support, including online orders, refunds, and addressing customer inquiries.
Your role also involves managing and escalating complaints when necessary, while ensuring suggestive selling and cross-selling where appropriate.
Starting date.
30th of October Contract Type.
4 months (Peak Season) Location.
Remote work available from Coimbra to Algarve Key Responsibilities.
Provide after-sales customer service for online orders and refunds Address customer inquiries and doubts Handle and escalate complaints when needed Drive customer satisfaction by offering additional products or services Be a brand ambassador for a premier beauty and cosmetics retailer Profile.
Languages.
Native French speaker + B2 level English Previous customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory) High school Diploma EU nationality Internet with fiber (mandatory) Schedule.
Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays).
AM – PM (Portuguese time) Days Off.
Sunday and 1 rotational day Salary & Benefits.
Base Salary.
€855 per month (14 months) Performance Bonus.
€100 per month (12 months) Complexity Bonus.
€45 per month (12 months) Transportation Bonus.
€20 per month (12 months) Meal Allowance (Net).
€7.
per day Health Insurance.
