FRANCHISE ONBOARDING TRAINING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

The role involves crafting and delivering comprehensive onboarding training programs for new Franchise Consultants, as well as assessing the effectiveness of these training sessions.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop an innovative and engaging onboarding training program from the ground up.
- Conduct training sessions, ensuring all new employees are adequately prepared for their roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training, making necessary adjustments to improve future sessions.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proven experience in a training management role, preferably within the franchise or consulting sectors.
- Exceptional program development skills, with a knack for creating engaging and effective training materials.
- Strong delivery and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a group.
- Excellent evaluative skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Note.
We currently have no training materials in place, so this role will require the successful candidate to start from scratch.
