The current issue is that the scripts are incorrectly pulling ticket time entries data.
Your tasks will involve.
- Troubleshooting and fixing the TypeScript scripts so that they correctly pull ticket time entries from the Atera API - Fixing syntax errors - Tweaking the data pulled so it sits correctly - Improving the performance of the script - Improve error handling as need to pull ticket data - Testing and troubleshooting - Reviewing existing code Ideal skills and experience for this job include.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Excel - Experience with APIs, specifically the Atera API - Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and fix the current scripts - Ability to modify scripts to perform specific data transformations - Ability to work with a Cloudflare worker CORS proxy JavaScript Python Arquitetura de software Excel Typescript ID do Projeto.
